This cable kit has the perfect variety of cables and connectors,

It has good connectors which are useful while travelling. But Mouse buttons were not working when opened from box, microphone was working initially but gave up after one use. Not worth for the price. Was this review helpful?

My friend has a similar kit, and I've always wanted to get one of these plug set as my emergency "911" kit, when I need a plug or a wire on a spot. His kit contains only plugs and wires, but this one has more.... a "911" (optical) mouse, earphone and mic set, and 4-port USB hub! a phone connector, RJ45 set, of course USB set and firwire set, all come in a handy carrying case, this kit is a-must-have for techs, but it's good to keep it with you even if you're not that much of IT guy. You could use a little help from this kit when your friend brings a digital camera.... Because you never know! Was this review helpful?

This kit is a lifesaver. I travel a lot and was in desperate need for a USB A to MiniB 4-pin cable to power my Blackberry. Nobody had a charger and my phone was dead. I forgot I even had the kit, which I got for less than $20 from Buy.com, in my bag. With the help of a stranger's laptop, I was able to power my phone and make my calls again.
The mini-hub and mouse are OK...the kit is great. You never know when you're going to need it. Was this review helpful?

The kit was good, especially the mouse. Everything's compact and cool. Even the retractable ear buds and microphone are excellent.
The only negative about the kit is that, its too delicate, especially the locks for the connectors.... the locks on my RJ45 connectors were off the second time I used them. They do work without the locks though, but still thats a minus point. Was this review helpful?
