This kit is compact, easy to pack in my backpack with my laptop. I travel for a living and rent cars everywhere I go. The FM transmitter is very small and works great. It uses the power of the Ipod, so no need to charge it separately. The power plug allows me to charge the Ipod and listen to it at the same time. Great kit!!!

I took a chance on this unit. The price for the FM transmitters alone at Wal-Mart closed in on $50. Not only did this give me an FM transmitter (which works great - channel 87.9 FM seems to be seldom used where I live, so I use that), but all the connectors, Y cables and chargers in this unit, in a nice folio that has a place for my iPod makes it possible for me to share my iPod in the car with my family (whether they like or not... :) ) The Cables to Go people did this one right and I would easily consider buying another one of these to go in my other car. Love it. Great price, great product.

everything works as promised. the fm transmitter plugs right into the phone and works well.. changing frequencies is simple and the lighter doesn't have to be plugged into it to work which is nice. but you do need the fm transmitter as the go between for the car lighter and the iphone/device. the ac charger is straight forward as expected. everything else is as one would expect. good value overall.

Pros: The overall package is worth the buy. It is not the highest quality but you are getting a car charger, wall charger, headphone splitter,iPod dock to 3.5mm jack, data cable and an F.M. transmitter all in a nifty carrying case!The F.M. Transmitter works pretty well. It covers a large frequency range and has a nice blue backlight. Cons: the only thing that I have to complain about so far is that the charging feature through the transmitter does not work on my second gen. touch. However, it probably does work with other models. I received this today after ordering it Tuesday! Bravo Buy.com!

This is a great deal. Every accessory you could want for the Ipod. All in it's own case, so you don't lose any cables and a small pocket area for you to place your Ipod for packing and/or storage.
