    This product sounded like exactly what I was looking for but I was skeptical...It arrived as described and I connected it to an old VGA monitor I had laying around and WOW it allowed me to watch, listen(optional receiver source) and adjust screen ratio perfectly using a DVD, Cable or Video camera. Truly a worthwile product for us who collect old VGA monitors that were otherwise worthless unless you connected it to a CPU. Thanks Cables to go for a usefull product.
