The SlingCatcher delivers very reasonable performance while streaming media from the SlingBox (I have the HD Pro) or from the USB interface. There are a couple of areas where this device needs to step it up. 1) Where is the 802.x built-in network? I know it doesn't promise one... is this 1992? The only connection is hard-wire. 2) While the picture delivered is good, there is no method to adjust the resolution, or other fine-tuning allowed in the soft version.

I knew there had to be a way project Internet video onto your TV without physically plugging my PC to my TV. Finally, that day has arrived. I was a bit skeptical at first, but once I downloaded the projector software, I went to NBC.com and found a great SNL skit and in no time I was not watching it on my PC, but my TV...all wirelessly baby! Very cool. Now, I saw that you can access someone's Slingbox with this product which essentially means, I could watch my friends TV in Seattle on my TV in Dallas. Crazy, right? I called him up and got his Slingbox password and sure enough...I was watching his Seattle TV. The quality wasn't that great and to be honest, I don't care for Seattle TV. Cool, but the projector function is way cooler.
