    i have ordered a this tape with the label printer in october 6th with a promotional price. Buy.com shipped the tape right way but never ship the label printer. so i have no use of this tape. i have written to buy.com many times regarding this and they keep telling me it would be shipped. i even wrote to them requesting to return the tape but they have never respond to that. so pretty much i am stuck with the crap.
