I bought this product at a sale price from Buy.com twenty days ago.I use it almost every day ever since and currently can't complain anything about it.

With the rebate and discount, this item was a steal. I had the 2040 for the past number of years and it finally started dying on me so I decided to upgrade to this model. It is more compact and more efficiently designed than the previous model and printing on things like post cards through the manual feed is a lot steadier and easier to use. Black and white color is excellent. My only desire is for this printer to also print color, but then it would be a bulkier machine and double the price easily. Happy with what I got.
