The Brother FAX-575 FAX/Copier has performed well for the two weeks that it has been in use. The set up is fairly intuitive,even for a non-nerd like me. Copies are a bit fuzzy but I didn't buy it as a copy machine. Was this review helpful?

This fax was at a great price at Buy.com and I could not pass up the buy. I needed a simple fax for the house. I don't send or receive a lot of faxes at home but when you need to receive one or send one and don't want to do it with the scanner and computer this fax fits the bill. It works great and also doubles as a plain paper copier which is great too. For the price you can't go wrong. However if you send and receive a lot of faxes or make a lot of copies you may want to invest in a higher duty machine. Was this review helpful?

The fax is small so it takes up a small amount of space which is a plus. Easy to use. Sometimes when I am faxing the paper gets stuck(this could have to do with quality of my paper and not the fax machine). Overall the fax is perfect if you are not going to do a lot of faxing. This fax was very simple, didn't even need the instruction book. I wish it did have a speakerphone function, but otherwise it is a good machine.
