Was looking for a bench to use for extensive work with adjustable dumbbells. I found this model to be of very solid construction and very comforable, thanks to the thick, dense padding. The four position incline should be more than enough for just about every user. The cost was between $50 and $150 less than others I was considering. The only negative (and a real unimportant one) could be the red/black combination of the unit. Probably based on "company colors," but would be much better if it were all black. But the only real important factors here remains quality and value - and it earns a solid 5. You won't go wrong with this one.
