I've had this headset for a few weeks now. So far it's working fine. The sound coming in is good. I've a couple of complaints from the people I was talking to about certain noises in the background being extremely loud (more high pitched tones than lower tones) but overall sound quality seems good on both ends. There may be a slight tone in the headset when it's not in use. If so, it's very faint and probably wouldn't bother anyone. Very comfortable to wear plus it has a clip to carry it in your pocket if you want to. It came with an AC and USB charger which was nice since the plug is unique to this type of headset. This is my first Bluetooth Headset and I think after a ton of research I think I got the right one. Works perfect!!! People can't even tell that I'm on a headset. I can hear clearly and the range is outstanding compared to what I have heard and seen from other bluetooths. I usually just leave my Blackberry on my desk and I can walk around my office and the clarity is exceptional!!! Its not until I get to around 40 to 50 ft away that I start getting static. By the way the price on Buy.com is the lowest I've seen. I smile everytime I see this product on the shelf selling for $100 to $110 knowing I bought it for only $70!!! Great Product.....Buy IT!!! I've been through a number of Bluetooth headsets over the years. All either offered a comfortable fit - but lousy audio OR great audio and didn't fit well.
This is the first one I've come across that offers both - and doesn't break the bank to possess. Was this review helpful?

It speaks of noise reduction, but one of the first comments I got was that I sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. Signal craps out when the phone and headset are more than 2ft apart, and I have had volume drop off for no reason. I should have bought the Jawbone. Was this review helpful?

I was looking for a headeset that was below a hundred bucks but wasn't expecting great sound quality. Not only is the sound quality amazing on this set but its also the most comfortable one I have worn. Way better than the Jawbone! Highly recommended! Was this review helpful?
