4 of 5 Great Product! Tuesday, July 15, 2008 Marvin from San Diego, CA
Pros: Best product for blue tooth device specially here in California. Sync to any phone - well so far a couple of phones. The battery standby is unbelievable, speaker is OK, noise cancellation is great when windows are half way down.
Suggested Improvement: Rotating Mic. Sometimes I have to pull down my visor for about 3 or 4 degrees in order for them to hear me clearer. Sturdier placement, one of the magnets cracked (don't know how?) Maybe a slip on case to the visor clip - seems to move when you turn off the device (pushing the mic button to off position)
Overall I would recommend it if you don't like wearing an ear piece all the time!

4 of 5 Nice product Wednesday, July 09, 2008 A Customer from Thousand Oaks Ca.
I needed a bluetooth product that would allow me to talk in the car handsfree. I did not want a wear it in your ear bluetooth. I am just not on the phone that much. This product seems to solve the problem. Attach it ot my car visor, turn it on and connect it to my phone, and no porblems. I will agree with one other reviewer that the on/off mechanism which pops out the microphone is not well made and will soon not shut off the unit. But other then that the unit works very well. 5 of 5 Great hands free device Wednesday, July 09, 2008 A Customer from Gardena, CA
This is the perfect hands free device for the technically challenged! I can barely use my cellphone features, yet I was able to link this bluetooth to my cellphone on the first try following the easy instructions and it worked perfectly from the start. People that I call report that my calls are crisp and clear, better than when I call direct from my phone because this does an excellent job of filtering out backgroud noise. I highly recommended this to anyone wanting or needing hands free. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 i have purchased 20 of these Saturday, July 05, 2008 A Customer from Palm Desert, CA
I have purchased twenty of these units for our work trucks, they are very easy to use and work very good, all of our techs love them. Many have purchased them for there personal trucks.
The only complaint I have so far is out of the twenty, three have went bad, one was DOA, the other two failed within two weeks. I would reccomend these to anyone that asks. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 The Blue Ant is the best hands free device availab Tuesday, July 01, 2008 Lisa from San Jose, CA
First of all, this is a MUST for those with small ears! I have been unable to find a Blue Tooth device that will stay on my extra small ear. The sound quality is excellent. Everyone I've talked to while using this has said that I sound clear, and I have no trouble hearing them. There is also a wide range on the volume control. It holds a charge forever, and it's incredibly easy to use. I also like how you just have to push in the microphone to end a call. It was worth every penny. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great product! Wednesday, May 21, 2008 A Customer from Orlando, FL
This is my second unit, got this one for my mom, she loves it. I also have the more expensive motorola unit that has the fm transmitter, and that's cool, but it's difficult to operate. This is a more simple unit than the motorola, and that's why I bought a second blueAnt rather than a second motorola. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Works Great Monday, May 05, 2008 Jim from Bellevue, WA
I've tried about a dozen wired & wireless headsets for my cellphone without finding one that is easy to use, fits well, & has good sound quality. I tried this style as an alternative & was thrilled to find that it beats the usual headset/earpiece in all respects. It has excellent design & ease of use, battery life, and incoming call quality. People on the receiving end tell me that it sounds better than other headsets I've used & the quality is similar to that of a call using my cellphone directly. Of course it does not have the flexibility of a headset & is intended primarily for use in the car. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Best Hands Free I Have Used So Far Monday, May 05, 2008 A Customer from Newport Beach, CA
This is my third BlueTooth handsfree that I have had and this by far works the best. The Motorola was OK, but the volume was too low and the other party could hear a lot of noise. The Jabra had good calling sound to receiver, but the volume in the car was too low.
The Blue Ant had great volume in the car. Receivers say the voice is a little muffled, but that is due to noise cancelling system and they can still hear fine. The magnetic clip for the visor works great, and when you flip the visor down, just clip it on the back side of the clip, as the clip is the same both sides. Holds a charge for a long time! I charge it only once every couple of days. Bought two units...wife uses hers and loves it. Best Unit So Far! Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Best Overall Bluetooth Speaker Phone Tuesday, April 29, 2008 A Customer from San Leandro, CA
Awesome product. I have tried others (motorola t305 & jabra)this Blueant beats them both. Speaker volume is outstanding. I can actually hear the conversations. The others I have tried drastically lack in this area. Connects to phone very quickly and very easy set up. Unbelieveable battery life. Wish list - would be an even greater product if it shipped with two metal brackets to make it easier to transport between vehicles. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 must have in LA Tuesday, April 29, 2008 A Customer from Burbank, CA
IF you live in LA you have to get this. Hands free starts in a few months. I use this in my car and take it to meetings; makes a great speakerphone for inpromto conference calls. I use it with the Blackberry 8830 and couldnt be happy. The speaker on the blackberry is really good but this has a whole level of clarity that doesnt compare. The only tricky thing is the clip for the car visor is thin, it barely fit on my 8 year old Lexus. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Works well but Mic broke Wednesday, April 23, 2008 A Customer from Stillwater, MN
I'm very satisfied with it's audio performance and the battery life is outstanding!! The one con with this product (like others have reported) is the boom microphone breaks. Actually, it still works, but I cannot turn it off now. The latch mechanism inside the unit is poorly designed. Once it breaks, the microphone will no longer latch, and it will stay powered on till the battery dies (which is a long time). All it needs is a little re-design. Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 Great concept with issues Friday, April 18, 2008 A Customer from Los Angeles, CA
Bought this product because it had good reviews and it was a good bargain. After pairing and using for about one week, the unit's microphone stopped working. The other party could not hear me when I spoke. Tried reseting both unit and phone (Razr) but nothing helped. Talked to manufacture for warranty replacement and they OKed it. After two days I'm still waiting for the RMA and return label. The funny thing was that the guy on the other side of the phone said he had A LOT OF OTHER ORDERS to process that it would take a day or two to get my email with the information to return!! Yikes...thats not good news! Can't return item to store, so I'll have to keep using it until the 2yr warranty runs out! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Bluetooth for the Car Monday, March 17, 2008 A Customer from Pasadena, California
I had been having a lot of trouble with my Bluetooth earpiece and was dreading when hands-free becomes mandatory in California on July 1st. Since I only use the Bluetooth in the car, I was looking for a better option. Of the several brands I found, the BlueAnt had the best combination of looks and features, as well as mostly positive reviews. I've been very happy with it. It was easy to set up, and is simple to use. I have had good reception and sound at both ends. I haven't tried it yet with the convertible top down, but there is probably no product that will work well in those circumstances. I was so happy with it that I bought one for my sister on her birthday. Was this review helpful?

Purchase about 6 months ago and this little ant works so nice I recommend to two of my associate already. The speaker is loud and clear, if I forget to turn on the unit, it pick up call quite fast when I manually turn it on (about 3 ring), battery life is decent, I talk about 10-20 mins in car everyday and I only recharge it everyweek. The speaker sound so loud & clear I even use it in my office for a conference call with 4 other associate together. We all surprise how well it performace. Since I own the Blue Ant, I hardly go back to blue tooth head set anymore. An extra clip will be nice for quickly switching between cars. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Good value alternative Saturday, March 01, 2008 A Customer from The Villages. FL
A nice alternative to a high priced auto installation. Good sound quality to and from the unit. The voice dial can be somewhat stubborn at times but overall very pleased with the product. I bought this product to replace a GPS Bluetooth connection that was terrible. The BlueAnt did the replacement work beautifully. Was this review helpful?
1 of 2 customers found this review helpful. 3 of 5 Pairs very well, but bare bones feature set Friday, January 25, 2008 Kirk from St Louis, MO
The speaker is very clear and the mic picks up perfectly. The basic function I have no qualms with. However, i would like to at least engage the voice-control outbound dialing in my Palm Treo. The BlueAnt speaker phone does NOT allow this. I use it to answer and talk on my mobile phone every time I'm in my car, but I wish I could voice dial out when needed. The device doesn't support this feature, which is the main source of my less than perfect score. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Blue Ant Review Wednesday, January 02, 2008 Harry from Atlanta
Being a hearing aid user I needed to add Bluetooth wireless technology to my car. After much research I chose this BlueAnt Supertooth Light Compact Speakerphone part # 093744. After using for 1 week it seems to be a very sound device and I can hear quite well with my hearing aids. I also understand that many I speak with can understand me as the duplex communication is quite strong.
The only complaint is that the shipping time was excessive.
I hope to continue to find hearing aid compatible technology at an affordable price tag.

DH loves this item. He hates having to put anything in his ear, and this allows him to be handsfree in the car without having to wear anything. He can, if he wants carry it with him out of the car and still use it without disconnecting, put it on a table, etc., and eat dinner! Definitely a plus in his life! Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Works with iPhone but keep in mind.... Tuesday, December 04, 2007 A Customer from Cleveland, Ohio USA
Tried a Motorola T305, which is smaller and cheaper, but had some static when used with iPhone (on iPhone end of conversation only) No problem on other phones!
Got the BlueAnt and it works GREAT! Outstanding speaker sound quality, in my opinion. Excellent build quality, overall. Easy to pair and use, again, with iPhone which is not easy to find accessories that work for. I do not like the size, too big! and the visor clip is magnetic (between unit and clip) which takes some getting used to? I guess that makes it easy to remove for charging or whatever, and the unit remains flat? The slide in clip on the Mot T305 is better? Personal opinion. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Bang for the Buck Wednesday, November 28, 2007 Dan from Morristown, NJ
This little guy has overstepped my expectations. The incoming audio is a bit "tinny" but I'm told I sound perfect on the other end. Simple to use, and great battery life. I have yet to charge this back up and I've been using it for a month, for about 5 short phone calls per day. Cant go wrong for a portable, completely wireless speakerphone for $65. 2 of 2 customers found this review helpful. 5 of 5 Great match for the Motorola Razr V3m Tuesday, October 16, 2007 EdV from Boston, MA
Have had this unit for a few weeks now and couldnt be happier. It pairs up to my Motorola Razr V3m phone in a second or two so I dont need to leave it on all the time. When I hear an incoming call on the Razr, I just pop the mike out of the Supertooth, wait 2 seconds and press the green button and start talking. This should allow me to go a month or more between charges.
Also, you dont have to flip the Razr open to make or receive calls. To use voice dialing, just press the green button on the Supertooth and you hear the Razrs familiar voice dialing prompt Say a command and it has no trouble recognizing the name I want to call. And while traveling on the highway at around 70mph, I place a couple of calls to my home phone a left voice messages. They sounded fine to me for my needs.
My only issue with this unit is that although the magnets are strong enough to hold the unit to the visor clip, the clip itself had a tendency to slide and shift a bit when pressing and releasing the pop-out microphone. My Camrys visor is fairly thin and is a soft fabric material. So I just stopped by the local hardware store which sells Velcro in different sizes and colors with super sticky backing. I bought a short piece of hook Velcro and attached it to the upper part of the visor clip and it locked the clip in solid with no more slippage.

4 of 5 Good Speakerphone, microphone could be better Tuesday, September 25, 2007 A Customer from NJ
I bought this speakerphone b/c I didn't want to spend over $200 on an permanent in car model. For the money the speaker provides excellent sound so I can hear the caller very well. Most of the people I speak with however do not feel that my sound quality on their end is very good. In fact, my wife prefers if I use the phone instead of using the Blue Ant.

This unit looks beautiful, is compact and very light, sits well in it's attachment on the visor. I bought this expecting to have perfect sound quality both ways, after reading all the other reviews. I can hear the speaker quite well, however, listeners on the other side do complain on every conversation that i sound very distant and that they can't hear me, i need to literally bring the unit a few inches away from my mouth for them to hear me.
