5 of 5 Very Nice Clarity and Volume Sunday, January 13, 2008
A Customer from Maryland

I purchased this unit as I drive 6 speed manual trans, and get tired of dealing with finding my blue tooth ear piece. Since this unit comes with a car charger, it never has to leave the car. I have a cigarette outlet that is on all the time and just plug in in every few days before I get out of the car. Next morning its ready for a few more days of use. Once I got it positioned at the best spot for the mic to pick-up my voice (left some messages on my work phone while driving to work one day), people cant really tell that I have the window cracked (cause I smoke), and the volume is more than loud enough. Works great with my Blackberry Pearl. I have not heard any complaints from people im talking to. Great product, and it seems like its well made as well.

5 of 5 Best bluetooth "handsfree" option yet! Wednesday, December 05, 2007
RR from Westchester, NY
Was getting tired of having to wear a headset (have had several from Motorola, Jabra and others) and decided to give the BlueAnt Supertooth II a try. Could not be happier with my decision and most folks with whom I talk don't even realize that I'm out of the office in my vehicle (forward my calls to my iPhone when I'm out). "Pairing" was easy and the convenience and performance are just great. Highly recommended.

5 of 5 using with iphone and t-mobile MDA Saturday, December 01, 2007
A Customer from Ann Arbor, MI
it's been about a week with this thing and i havent recharged it yet. the convo's are perfectly clear and the sound is fantastic. for the first call of the day, sometimes it doesnt associate with the iphone until about the 3rd or 4th ring at which point i am usually scared the caller will be sent to voicemail. once the phone is talking to the speakerphone though, you can switch between them and go from speakerphone to iphone or whatever. this this is SO MUCH BETTER than an earpeice and it 10x better than the built-in speakerphone on either phone.

5 of 5 It doesn't get any better than this one! Thursday, November 29, 2007
Robin from KY
The BlueAnt 091193 Supertooth II Sun Visor Speakerphone is the best hands-free speakerphone I've ever used. My sister didn't even know I was using it in the car and when I told her I was on it she wanted one too. Great Product!

5 of 5 A great alternative to an earpiece Wednesday, November 28, 2007
Donna from White Hall, AR
I haven't found an earpiece that I can hear well enough through. This set up worked out great. The speaker is plenty loud and no one has complained about how I sound on the other end. And now I don't miss calls, because I can hear the phone ring over the radio.

4 of 5 The only 2 things missing. Wednesday, November 28, 2007
A Customer from syosset, ny
I actually really like the unit, I've had it for a while and I still haven't charged the battery. The battery life is great. The sound quality is also great. Is very easy to use. The price was good. The only 2 things missing is there is no caller id screen. I don't know if the next problem is a limitation of my razr phone, but I didn't know when you hook up the speaker you can't get distinctive ring on the phone. So with no caller id and no distinctive ring, you can't tell who is calling on the phone before answering it without looking at the phone. The one big thing that i don't like though is you can't answer call waiting from the speaker, you have to do it through the phone.

5 of 5 Works great Wednesday, November 28, 2007
Ken from Topeka, KS
I am completely satisfied with this item. Easy to connect, easy to sync, easy to use Plenty of volume. Only problem - still have to "dial" the number on the cell phone which is still a distraction.

5 of 5 Works Great Monday, October 08, 2007
A Customer from Elizabethtown, PA
The BlueAnt Supertooth II Hands Free Bluetooth car kit has a lame name but it works great. It paired easily with my iPhone and seamlessly answers/ends calls. Speaker volume is good with an easy-to-use mechanical nob. I gave it a "4" for value because it's design reminds me of an old school Walkman tape player. Although it does seem to be built sturdy. The device is held to the sun visor clip via two magnets which makes it easy to remove to recharge without having to reposition the clip every time. This brings up a good point: the battery life is great. I've owned it for over a week now with average use and some stand-by time, and I haven't had to charge it yet. So, in summary: this is a great hands-free solution for the price. Don't expect a beautifully designed device, but you can expect a device that works great which makes up for any design inadequacy.

5 of 5 excellent hands-free system Monday, August 13, 2007
Ken from Dothan, AL
The Blueant speakerphone is the ideal product for my needs. I have a bluetooth headset which works very well and has good sound quality and everything else, but I never use it because it's just too much of a hassle. I've found that the only time I really need hands-free use is in the car, and the Blueant speakerphone is perfect for my needs. Nothing to turn on, put on or adjust. Just get in the car and go. The seakerphone is there and connects to my cell phone as soon as it's in range. Also, sound quality is great for both sender and receiver. There's no problem with distortion or feedback, and people I've talked to say they didn't even know I was talking on a hands-free device. The pairing proces was quick and easy. Great product!

5 of 5 Love it Monday, August 13, 2007
A Customer from Virgina
My biggest complaint about blue tooth headsets I've had is that they weren't loud enough. My car is noisy so people had trouble hearing me and I had trouble hearing them (which doesn't make sense since the earset is 1/8" from my ear). This unit is great. It's plenty loud, easily makes the connection with my phone, and the interface rarely needs to be "refreshed". High definition sound quality... no. Its a little tin-ny when you turn the volume up really high, but certainly good enough to have a phone conversation.

5 of 5 Works great!...Position matters...Long battery lif Sunday, August 12, 2007
A Customer from Columbus, OH
Sounds as good...or better...than a headset but it needs to be on the sunvisor directly above the steering wheel for that type of performance. No ambient noise gets through to the person you are talking to...just your voice...so that is great. Battery life is fantastic..have not recharged it in two weeks. Comes with both a wall charger and a car charger. Adjustable volume control makes it easy to hear the person you are talking to...and the audio quality is crystal clear with great fidelity.

5 of 5 Battery life is unbelievable Friday, August 10, 2007
jeb from Fort Worth, TX
I don't make a habit of submitting many reviews, but I had to come back and add another entry for this little gem. My father and I both have this unit and both can't believe the battery life of this thing! I was surprised to learn that he had the same reaction as I did...we talked about deciding to charge the thing even when it didn't need it (red light not blinking yet) because we were heading off for a long drive trip and thought it was a good idea "just to be safe". I make a daily roundtrip commute of about 130 miles and use the supertooth most of the time when I make and receive calls...and I don't have to charge it except for every 3 weeks...maybe more. I only wish that other companies would use whatever rechargeable battery technology Blueant is using. Unbelievable.

5 of 5 Really great handsfree Monday, July 09, 2007
Rudi Schatz from Raleigh, NC
Wow, this is a really great handsfree system. I have now bought three (for wife, mom and me). The battery life is extra long. The sound cancelling works wonderfully, but sometimes we have to angle the sunvisor down so that the flat of the microphone grill is directly facing the talker. Recognizes the phone whenever we get in the car (without intervention). Great price, great value.

5 of 5 Who Else Wants a Product That OVER Delivers Tuesday, June 12, 2007
Rick from Amelia, Ohio
That's right - I've struggled with headsets and other "hands-free" devices that never really worked. The Blue Ant exceeded my expectations. It was simple to link to my phone, lasts over a week on a charge and the noise cancellation technology is incredible. This one gets two thumbs WAY UP. You don't even need one for every vehicle, it comes with two clips and is easy to remove and take with you. Only positive compliments for this product.

5 of 5 Good 2 Go Saturday, June 09, 2007
Benny from Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Excellent for people on the go who find themselves more often in their car(s) than anywhere else. Great sound clarity and quality even in the loudest of cars. The pairing process is extremely quick and easy and the connection range between it and the phone is quite impressive. While the Supertooth II can only sync with up to 2 bluetooth phones, you would most likely not find yourself needing to pair it with more than 2 phones anyways. If you hate the earpiece than this is the next best alternative.

5 of 5 Excellent Hands-Free Speakerphone Wednesday, June 06, 2007
A Customer from Chesapeake, VA
I was skeptical about ordering the Blue-Ant Speakerphone after having several bad experiences with bluetooth devices, specifically headsets. Every one I have tried has had mediocre to poor sound quality on both ends of the conversation. However, after reading reviews about the Blue-Ant Speakerphone, I decided to buy it. I'm glad I did! The package contains the speakerphone, car and house chargers, and two visor clips. The unit attaches to the visor clip via magnets attached to the speakerphone. The unit easily connnected to my Samsung Sync phone and the sound quality is outstanding. If you're in the market for a bluetooth speakerphone, this is the one to get.

5 of 5 Very Happy with BlueAnt Supertooth II Tuesday, June 05, 2007
Dave Z. from Trenton, NJ
This is what I had been waiting for for a long time. Tired of the ear piece devices that are not only uncomfortable, but unreliable and typically of poor volume quality. The Supertooth II has excellent volume levels, with ease of use and adjustment. Holds a chharge for long periods of time (been using it for more than a week and haven't had to charge it since the initial charge. Still need to adjust the windows and sunroof a bit if traveling on highways or in noisy conditions, but overall, it is a great product at a veru reasonable price.

5 of 5 Excellent Monday, June 04, 2007
Geoff from Eden Prairie, MN
I bought this because I wanted a hands-free unit for my wife and daughter without having to buy a new car (also because of the price - used my buy.com coupon too :). After using it once, I decided to buy another for me! It's smaller than I expected, and it works great. Sounds is clear, I use the hands-free dialing (with my RAZR) and I couldn't be happier. The battery life seems great, and the unit just attaches to the visor clip with magnets, so it's very easy to grab it and pop it someplace else (they give you an extra visor clip for another car I guess - or even use it as a speaker phone at your desk). Overall the design seems very effective - no complaints.

4 of 5 good value, good product Monday, June 04, 2007
b from amarillo, TX
Very easy set up, and practical usage. Strong magnets hold it in place, though it does affect sight-lines if placed on the sun visor. Speaker quality is good, though not all calls are clear (may depend on phone connection). Haven't had complaints from others about hearing me speak, so microphone must be fairly good too.

5 of 5 Nice Bluetooth Product Tuesday, May 22, 2007
Scott from East Meadow, New York
How many of you already, like myself, have already gone through two or three bluetooth headsets? You'll never want to wear that headset again with this product. I have a Sprint Samsung phone that links to this speakerphone perfectly. The sound quality is unbelievably good and the batttery life even better. The first one I purchased stopped working in three months, however the BlueAnt customer support is fantastic. Within a week I had an exchange with no questions asked. Note, this comes with a two year warranty. I believe you will be happy with this product.

5 of 5 Great customer support Monday, May 07, 2007
A Customer from Amawalk, NY
After the initial setup, I was very pleased with this product. The manual is very good, but my phone (vx6700) was not listed as a supported device. I called the customer support number and was surprised to get a rep immediately. He was quickly able to help get the unit paired with my phone. I have had no complaints on outgoing the sound quality and the incoming call quality is very good. The battery life was much longer than expected. The unit comes with both a wall charger and car charger.

5 of 5 Awesome!!! Tuesday, January 23, 2007
Shawn W. from Anchorage, Alaska
It took turning my Razor's bluetooth search mode on then flipping the mic open (to turn it on) to get them "paired"... but convenient and high quality for sure once done. Definitely a value. It comes with 2 metal clips (the unit has very good magnets mounted on it) I guess one clip for each car. Size is perfect - not too big and very portable. Sound quality is suprisingly perfect and people can hear me even when the heater is blowing near it. Finally a bluetooth item that's not disposable... **VERY WORTHWHILE***

5 of 5 Wow, great product! Wednesday, January 17, 2007
Mike Q from Syracuse, NY
This is the first bluetooth device I have found that actually works well! The speaker sound quality is amazing, it can get quite loud and remains clear. No problem talking or hearing when driving on the highway. I can even have the radio on at a decent volume and the person on the other end cannot hear it. This is a tribute to their noise cancellation technology which actually works!! Everyone I have spoken to says that I sound crystal clear on their end which I have never heard when using other bluetooth devices. I cannot imagine a product that is any better than this one, it comes with a wall charger, car charger, earphones, and 2 magnetic clips for your visor in the car. I highly recommend this product.

5 of 5 Super Duper Tooth Friday, December 29, 2006
A Customer from Virginia
Wow!! This unit is great! It pumps out the volume, is simple to use and everyone says I sound as if I am talking into my telephone. As good as a custom installed car bluetooth at a fraction of the cost! It is very well built and easy to install. Attach a steel spring clip to your sun visor then the Supertooth unit attaches magnetically to the clip. Best of all, they include a second spring clip so the unit is very easily transported between two cars. Limitations: It will only pair with two bluetooth phones.

5 of 5 The Aussies really did it this time! Friday, November 03, 2006
jb from Fort Worth, Texas
What a fantastic unit! Nothing but smiles from me on the Supertooth II. People say I sound crystal clear and this little unit can crank out the volume well with little or no distortion. I think the coolest thing is so simple yet brilliant...that is the little visor clip and the magnetic attachment. When the sun is glaring in my eyes and I need to lower my visor i simply detach and flip the unit onto the top side of my visor, the clip stays put. I will be placing some additional orders for the Supertooth II for family Christmas gifts.

5 of 5 The Best Portable Hands Free Monday, July 31, 2006
RonaldGT from Sterling Heights Michigan
I am very satisfied with the Supertooth II. I use it with my Motorola E815 and the results are great. Voice activation, volume control, clarity, ease of setup (pairing)all are very satisfactory. Tried three other portable hands free devices including motorola HF820. None came close. Another plus: I can leave this on my desk and use it as a speaker phone, take notes etc. The large speaker and volume control make it very convenient. Well worth the price.
