Proactive Protection from:

I run a small business. I have 3 PCs and to tell you the truth, was tired of having to drop $50-$70 every year on antivirus software. Internet Security was perfect for my needs. For starters, ITS GOOD FOR 2 YEARS and not just one year like the other products. Not only did it cut my expense in half, but was really easy to install and I dont have to do it again in a year. I was pleasantly surprised at the the tremendous value of BitDefender's package for 3 computers and 2 years of updates.
After doing my homework and reading all the reviews, BitDefender has lived up to expectations and then some. Being a previous Symantec (Norton) customer, BitDefender has taken up many fewer resources allowing our PC's to run much faster again than Norton allowed and on top of this BitDefender found viruses Norton did not!
I would recommend this suite to anyone looking for really good performance at a fraction of what it could cost you. Was this review helpful?

I was suprised to see any negative comments about BitDefender technical support. I bought the product after seeing theBestBuy award with PC World magazine, after my good experiance (it found some viruses Norton didnt) I have told friends and coworkers about it and they all seemed as pleased as I am. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in for what its worth. BitDefender is way better than any other AV I have tried. Was this review helpful?

Didnt realize that "N" and the other brands expire after a year. Saw that bitdefedner lasted 2 years before renewal, so its like getting it for half price if you think about it. Seems to work well, no complaints. Graphics are a little drabby, but as long as it works, thats all that counts. Was this review helpful?

A Disappointed Customer from O.C., N.J.
I purchased Bitdefender Internet Security 2008 after seeing generally good reviews of it (and negative reviews on just about all other security suites out there right now). I didn't know much about it, but I took a chance. Big mistake. I installed it on my office computer and my laptop and had nothing but problems both times. I got a message saying it wasn't certified to run on Windows XP, and then it told me I had to remove Ad-Aware SE. When both of my computers slowed to a crawl, I tried calling customer support, but got no answer (just ringing and ringing) - twice - in spite of the fact that they're supposed to have 24/7 support. Terrible experience all around. Was this review helpful?
