5 of 5 Excellent Monday, June 08, 2009
A Reader from Venice, CA

Frankly I was sceptical of a green cookbook. I thought it was going to be all about granola or something. But since I am all about green these days I went for it. Low and behold its really excellent food and not full of granola. The recipes are pretty simple. If your going green I recommend this because you'll see that it does have alot to do with cooking. Its just a jolly good cookbook anyways.
