It isn't. At only ten tracks it is bound to leave a lot to be desired anyway but the selections don't live up to the lofty title. Sure, most of the songs are bona fide smashes like Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun," Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing," Philip Bailey's "Easy Lover" and Kenny Loggins' "Footloose" but some like Luther Vandross' "Stop to Love," Loverboy's "This Could Be the Night" weren't that big. They had bigger hits that could have been chosen for the disc.
