| Author Bio| Ken Blanchard | | Ken Blanchard has a B.A. and a Ph.D. from Cornell University, and an M.A. from Colgate. After college, he was a teacher and administrator, and, in 1979, he and his wife, Marjorie (whom he met at Cornell), founded a training consulting firm in California.
