With an NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI MCP chipset four 240-pin DDR2 DIMMs slots, this motherboard can run up to 8GB of RAM. I had previously used an ASUS P5N32-SLI Prem board and it was always ify and hard to tweek the settings. When it died I switch to BFG and I can tell a big difference. I have never been pleased to lose a mother board before now.
