for the price of $200 and a $30 rebate (which i haven't gotten back yet from ben-q),wish i would have gone bigger with the monitor size but still a very good monitor compared to the 17" view sonic monitor i still have sitting in the corner...

This LCD is a great value - beautiful picture at a great price. I will be buying more of these in the future. No DVI-D cable included, but at this price I can't complain.

So far a great monitor, nice and bright. It arrived the next day even with free shipping. It also had no dead pixels, which surprised me with a monitor in this price range. The only con is that it didn't come with a DVI cable. :-(

I bought this monitor for the work that I do. I have to run several programs at one time and my 15" monitor was way too small to view several windows at once. The price, coupled with a $20 rebate and signing up for the Revolution Card to get another $50 off, was hard to resist. I chose the BenQ after researching several other brands and not being satisfied with the info that I found, i.e., problems others had or confusing installation processes. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and received it the next Tuesday morning. The monitor has a bright and crisp appearance. The 1000:1 contrast ratio makes my old 400:1 seem very dull in comparison. Setup on Windows XP was a breeze. I plugged it in and it did the rest. No need to install or adjust a thing. I only had to change the resolution in the Windows Display Control Panel to the native resolution and all was well. Up and running in five minutes.

I received this in five days after ordering it which is good for free shipping. Set up was easy and installing the drivers for DVI was even easier. No dead pixels and excellent native screen resolution. The screen is bright compared to my old 400:1 LCD and when playing games I now see things that were once so dark I could not see them. Working with photos, and movies is fantastic. Working with spread sheets now are full screen and no more scrolling back and forth to view. Also nice to work in two applications side by side on this big screen. I'm very pleased and this is a great value.
