I have this display sitting next to my 24in iMac display, which is a beautiful display in its own right, and it performs just as well as far as I can tell so far. It has operated brightly and perfectly without exception and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. I should say that I did have to go through the various settings buttons when I first set up monitor (to get it to work well with my video card, etc.). But after a minute or two of making adjustment, I've never had to make them again. It was a little hard for me to pay this much for at 24in monitor considering all the other cheaper 24in displays out there right now, but so far I'd say its well worth the extra cost. This monitor is so cool and so bright. I use for gaming and for TV. Its fast video looks great i love the profiles in it. It has multiple hookup's. I cant wait to get my Xbox hooked up to it. I recomend not putting anything heaby on the ledge uptop. I put my speaker up there it feel and made a mark on the screen. Thank god it small mark and down low so you dont notice it. I'm thouroughly pleased with this purchase.
Going to a widescreen desktop is so luxurious. The appearance: resolution/etc is very comfortable on the eye. The desk footprint is stylish. Looking forward to the forward compatibility with the HDTV input. A little surprised that it gets warm, but CRT's are even worse.

Nothing but Awesome, Awesome & Awesome Benq FP241VW 24" Monitor- What's more can I say!!!! Go ahead & buy this Cool Montior, and you won't be disapponted or regret. You have to see it in order to believe it. I have no more to say, because there is no cons for this one-only alot of pros. The end. Was this review helpful?
