Very nice display for the money. Also comes with both a VGA analog and DVI cable. Looks great in full 1650 x 1080 resolution with no flicker whatsoever.

Good value. My second one. No dead pixels, excellent color, low bleed. 22" is a good size if you are upgrading from a 17" CRT or 4:3 flat panel. You won't lose any vertical real estate, but will gain substantial horizontal space. You'll pay this much for a cheapo 19" or 20" at the big box.

The BenQ FP222W is everything I had hoped it would be. In fact, I bought a second one for my mother. It installs in minutes and was easy to configure to my personal tastes. I'd give it a 5 out of 5 if I hadn't had to contact the company's tech support for an issue encountered after moving the display to an older laptop. They didn't want to listen; they simply assume you're a techno-idiot(I am actually technically proficient). They had one statement: you'll have to plug it into another workstation before we can help you. Since I'm sure it's merely a driver issue, I gave up on them. But it you set it up, and it works. keep it. you'll love it.

I have a Benq FP91G 19" that I have been really pleased with, no bad pixels, great resolution etc. So I went with Benq again for the 22". It is great and HUGH. Color is great and resolution is fantastic. Controls on the side are tricky to use, probably could find a better place for them, like in front! Base is wide and stable. Overall a great monitor - thanks again Benq!

Unit took little time to hook up, no drivers to load, even came with the DVI-D cord that really adds to the sharpness of the picture on this unit. It works well with my Dell!

I Love this monitor! I have this hooked into a VisionTek Radeon HD 2600 Pro 512MB Video Card - It looks FANTASTIC! I've played dvd's and played my lastest FPS game and it looks great, no lag or ghosting. Shipped with no dead pixels. I would recommend this to anyone. Looks great whether your just browsing the web, watching movies, or playing your favorite games.

I have had this monitor for over a year now and everything works great and the size is good for any desktop PC. I have no clue what the first reviewer is complaining about but seeing how he didn't even give the correct rating numbers to match the review I really wonder how much the person knows about PCs and the use of them. I have used PCs for the last 10 years and use them everyday at work. The Benq is a great monitor as LCDs go just don't expect it to work with HDCP requirements unless you get the version with the HDMI input. My only issue is the adjustment buttons are on the side of the panel which is somewhat inconvenient.

5 of 5 Aspect Ratio 16:10 *not* 4:3 Monday, November 12, 2007

The technical specifications on buy.com incorrectly list the aspect ratio as 4:3 (standard definition, VGA). In fact, the aspect ratio for a 1680x1050 monitor is 16:10. This is a very typical wide screen ratio, similar to the Dell UltraSharp series.

I purchased 3 of these for work, connected to macbooks via dvi connector. The contrast/brightniess was weired and not that sharp at the native resolution. I tuned the monitor as best as I could using the apple monitor tweaking app and it improved but was still unsettling. Returning the 2 remaining screens.
