From the former host of MTV's "Singled Out" comes a no-holds-barred account of what you can "really expect when you're expecting."

Annotation:
Actress Jenny McCarthy pulls no punches in this bestselling book, an earthy, humorous, and above all, honest look at the practical aspects and physical symptoms associated with pregnancy. Using anecdotes from her own 2002 pregnancy, McCarthy tells the reader what it's really like to be pregnant, covering such issues as constipation, weight gain, pregnant sex, mood swings, and acne.

So You Got Knocked Up?

(Getting Pregnant)

Though as a warning we were always told that getting pregnant was an easy thing to do, most of you know that trying to get pregnant can be a grind-not always nearly as easy as they told you back in sex ed. 5 of 5 If you want to know the ugly truth ask Jenny McCar Wednesday, October 20, 2004
Jennifer from Phenix City, AL

I read this whole book in 2 1/2 hours (with interuptions). It was hilarious! As soon as I was done, I called my husband who is out of town on business to read parts of it to him. I could barely get it out I was laughing so hard! I finally told him he is going to have to read it himself. If you are pregnant GET THIS BOOK! She will tell you all about the stuff that your mom left out. I have to say that my favorite part of the book is the last chapter... that is the one time that instead of laughing I cried like a baby!
