This is a well-thought little piece of hardware. It sits nicely on the desk (and doesn't slide off). Having two of the ports in a vertical position is ideal for plugging in flash drives, and the cord management feature is smart.

works well but I notice though when I hook up my headset with a mic you hear a lot of feedback. I just hook up to main USB slots on my laptop and not thru this hub and works ok

Love these. I bought 2 as I have a 5.5 yr old homebuilt desktop computer with add on controller card for USB 2.0. I have one of these hooked to the desktop computer and another to take along with my laptop. When not using it for the laptop, easy to hook up to my desktop for additional ports. Works powered or not.
