    I've been using this for 4 months and have had only minor problems with USB, about once or twice per day, it would tell me that the UPS is disconnected for a split second. So I connected it using the Serial connection and have not had any issues. The BullDog Software that comes with it is pretty good, although the interface is not that user-friendly. Overall its an excellent product with lots of runtime for under one-hundred-twenty bux!
