Belkin Sling Bag for Notebooks up to 15.4'' - Jet / Cabernet (Jet/Cabernet)

The best bag I have found so far. Easy to use, durable, great protection on all sides from bumps and very nice looking to boot. The large straps are padded and the bag hangs on the back like a bike messenger... which is easy on the back.

I spent a lot of time researching the right new laptop bag for me. I needed more space than my sleeve, but not too much where I'd be carrying a backpack. This slim, slender "sling" is the answer. All my computer stuff, cords, adapters, and all, with no space to waste. I even have room for a few file folders if I need it. I found this one to be the best in appearance, quality and space for me. And buy.com had it for the best price.

When I first was looking at the sling bag I thought that it really wouldn't have that much space in it. Even though all I wanted it for was a laptop case no need to hold 10lb of gear. After I got the sling bag I was amazed with all the different areas to store gear in. There are multiple areas on the inside of the bag to hold everything from pens to wiers. It even has a seperate bag for your power cable, sorta looks like a pencile case. All in al la great bag that looks good and functions great! I can hold everything I need. Feels great, looks great, Im very happy!

Beware... Great little bags, love the look, very compact. I'm a college student and carry the bag daily. I can only fit my 14.1" laptop and a notebook in because my text book are too thick. I have the bag for just 16 days and the main zipper busted. I contacted Buy.com but it just over the 14 days period so I have to contact Belkin instead. I'm pretty sure they will replace it but dose it worth the hassle? I pretty frustrated that a $40 bag can only lasted me just over 2 weeks. I have to pay for the shipping it to Belkin, and hope to get it back in the next 2 week. This is not Buy.com fault but i would re evaluate my stand on Belkin quality.

This bag is pretty snug - but that's by design. Just need a little more room for my laptop's power adapter brick, etc. I'm using it, as I try to slim down on what I carry with me. Still room for my ipod. Good overall.

My best friend actually got the sholderbag version of this product and I was so impressed with it I decided to get one of my own. This sling bag was more my preference and I am just as impressed! Not only is it easy to use, it has tons of pockets and padding to keep my laptop safe. I really love the velvet lining in the pocket for the laptop and the bag to hold all the wires is fantastic! The back of the bag is sturdy enough to protect the laptop if I drop the bag, yet not so hard that it is uncomfortable. I do kind of wish the bag was just a little wider, but all in all it's the best laptop bag I've ever had.

This is a sling type of computer bag; meaning it is not na backpack but instead slings over 1 of your shoulders. It is very comfortable with proper padding and lots of zippered pockets. Although, it is on the thin side, so once your put your laptop in the bag, there is not an over-abundance of room for anything else besides some papers, pens/pencils, power cord, mouse. Don't expect to carry extra accessories in this bag. I have a 15.4 sized screen Dell and fits perfectly. Out of curiousity, I tried to fit my 17" ultra thin notebook, and that definately did not fit. The bag is too short for that and I couldn't come close to zippering it with the 17" notebook. However, this bag is made for a 15" screen size notebook and below. It is very well made, good quality, good materials. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend this bag for anyone looking for an over the shoulder type bag. By the weay, it does have a carrying handle at the top too.
