The Belkin PF60 Power Console works exactly as advertised. I can control the power-up of all my devices just by powering up my A/V Receiver. I am very happy with this purchase. I don't see, or hear, any improvements that power conditioning supposedly provides. I've got decent equipment and decent interconnects. But, that's not why I bought it. I do like, however, the fact that it not only has a voltage meter, but an amp meter as well. Was this review helpful?

Awesome product, extremely well built and worth every penny. Highly recommend it to anyone, much better value and higher quality than comparable products from Monster Cable and other manufacturers. If you have expensive A/V setup and live in an area prone to power surges due severe weather, you need surge protector and this comes bundled with superior filtering. Thumbs up! 4 of 5 Preamplifier turns on two power amps -- Remote con Tuesday, January 08, 2008

This PF60 is used in an audio-only system where the preamplifier switched convenience outlet is connected to the Remote AC IN of PF60.
Two power amplifiers are connected to the PF60 High Current Bank of the PF60 programmed (i.e. moved toggle switches on the back of the PF60) as switched outlets with 5 second delays.
With the above connections, the preamplifier switches the power amplifiers On / Off - Remote control via the preamplifier is established.
Various other audio components are connected to the PF60's other input banks which were programmed as both unswitched and switched.
The PF60 functions flawlessly as used above.
Guaranteed Surge or spike protection is provided to each PF60 bank (I hope I don't have to try and collect.)
Does the PF60 provide cleaner sound? - Too subjective - can't recall dirty sound before PF60.
(Have a Monster HTS 3600 MKII on another system - it provides the same Remote switching capability -the HTS 3600 MKII input banks are not programmable - they are hard wired - some switched , some unswitched.)

The unit is very well built and has great features and a good number of outlets (although I used 12 of the 13). Only comment I have is that some of the outlets are too close together to plug in transformers. Most components no longer have these so may not be a concern for all. Good product overall for the cost and features. Was this review helpful?
