5 of 5 Extra Setup Effort May Be Required! Thursday, June 04, 2009

So far the unit works great. I'm giving only 3 stars for ease of use/setup, needed help from my ISP to change the address of the router (my modem & router had the same ISP address assigned to them, would not intially work together this way). Belkin telephone support helped with laptop settings to complete setup/connection, support was good help, total setup time about 1.5 hrs. Overall very pleased. Was this review helpful?

This Belkin router arrive in 3 days with free budget shipping! Not much setup is needed. This router is very easy to re-configure. I had to change the default IP address due to a conflict with my ISP's DSL modem, no problem. Just use a hard wired PC, log into the router with out the DSL modem attached, change IP, then connect as usual. It was up and running faster than the time its taken me to type this review.
