5 of 5 Does what it needs to Saturday, April 19, 2008 A Customer from Ann Arbor
Protects and props for viewing. Get a headphone line splitter and watch with a friend or family member in the car (instead of buying those car stereos with same size screens). Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 I love my Zune Folio Case! Saturday, February 16, 2008 j from Plano, TX
I recently took a last minute trip to see my son in New York. From Dallas I had 1-stop both going and coming home. I used my Zune Folio Case on the plane and while I was waiting in the airport for connecting flights. It was very easy to use and kept the Zune protected even when I had to just toss it in a bag trying to get boarded! THE BEST THING OF COURSE WAS THE PRICE ON BUY.COM!!! Well worth getting for every Zune we have in the house…(5 Zune users/1 iPod user!!) Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 Folio Nolio Wednesday, January 16, 2008 A Customer from Owego, New York
Perhaps I shouldn't be disappointed; the product exactly matches the picture on the website, and it does exactly what is advertised. On the other hand, the disappointments are because the case is pretty bulky and the selector disk is recessed in behind two layers of the cover so the operation is a little impeded. I think the benefit of the case is that if you wanted to use it to watch video on an airplane, it would stand up on your tray table and you wouldn't have to hold it. This is the real benefit, but if that isn't your need, you may be better off looking elsewhere. Was this review helpful?
1 of 5 Not a good choice for Zune protection Sunday, January 13, 2008 A Customer from Philadelphia, PA
This case is attractive to look at but does not perform very well. When the Zune is in the case, it is very difficult to operate the left and right (smaller) controls as the case is not cut out over the controls, but rather it provides its own "control extenders." When you finally do get them lined up, the Zune easily slips around within the case and they become unaligned. My intention was to use the june on my motorcyle, with the case closed. However, closing the case automatically turns off the Zune. Finally, the "easel" feature will only work once the spine of the case is broken in. Overall, not the best solution for the Zune if you want flexibility in when/how you can use it when in the case. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Nice very classy case - especially for the money. Thursday, January 10, 2008 Michael from Huntington Beach, CA
I have a Zune 30, and it fits VERY snugly into the this case. I'm hoping that the microfiber will stretch a little with time, because the case puts some pressure on the front keys, making them too easy to accidently press. I use the panel lock all the time with the Zune in the case. I don't know which model zune the 1 reviewer had that said he couldn't access the headphones. All the ports on the zune 30 are accessable. There is a snap on the back inside of the case that keeps the case from flopping completly open (which you need to do to insert and remove the player) and from putting it in the configuration pictured on Buy.com. That seems like overkill to me.. and makes it a bit harder to get the player in and out. A small velcro patch would have been much easier. There is no stop or support when the player is sitting as pictured for video mode. It's also likely that some of the screen will be blocked by the case edge, but it's a nice idea. I may add a velcro patch so that it can be 'locked' into this configuration. The outside of the case is a smooth finished and fairly substantial leather. It's a classy looking product and is well made, like most Belkin products. Just remember to lock the controls so that the player doesn't accidently get activated when you fold everything up. Now, if I can only figure out what to do with my headphones when not using the player... LOL

4 of 5 Bulky Zune Protection... Thursday, January 10, 2008 A Customer from Jacksonville, AR
if you don't mind the bulkiness of the Belkin Folio case then you'll get along fine. My only complaints are that the microfiber interior gets dirty very easily, the main center button is somewhat hard to access unless you use the tip of your thumb or fingers. Also, like another reviewer said, the pause and back buttons become overly sensitive because of the case being right up against it.
It does the job of protecting the Zune and allows easy access to the ports above and below. If you're constantly changing tracks then this might not be for you. Was this review helpful?
2 of 5 Just OK Sunday, January 06, 2008 Scott from Hutchinson, Kansas
I bought two of these for my son and daughter because they were cheap! Cheap is what I got! When you put your Zune in the case, there is no hole for the headphones!!! I did keep both of them because I don't like the hassel of returning them. I took a hole punch and made a hole for the earphones! I wouldn't buy this item again!! Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Great protection, great price Monday, December 31, 2007 A Customer from Jacksonville, AR
All around great protection for your Zune 30 and a handy tilt feature that makes watching movies easy. The case has two button snaps that keep it securely closed when not it in use and a lanyard if you want to use it. The interior is very soft and will protect the Zune from scratches. The ports and hold switch are easily accessible making everyday connections simple.
My only complaint would be that the screen cover gives off a lot of glare and makes the Zune's screen impossible to see at certain angles. It's also hard to keep clean so greasy smudges also make viewing difficult.
If you don't mind having a bit more bulk to your already bulky Zune then you'll like this Belkin case. Was this review helpful?
1 of 1 customers found this review helpful. 4 of 5 Mostly good product Thursday, December 27, 2007 Joia from Philadelphia, PA
This zune case for my folio works mostly well. It keeps my zune safe, and all the ports are acceptable. My only complaint is that the case makes the player more bulky (which was probably unavoidable), and the play/pause button on the case is way to sensitive, I find myself contantly hitting it which was not a problem before I got the case. Overall I do recommend it though. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Product Sunday, December 09, 2007 A Customer from Austin, TX
The microfiber and leather case for the zune is definitely something worth buying. The case is much better than the case provided with the Zune mp3 player.
It can close up, covering the majority of the zune, and protecting the screen from fingerprints. It also has openings where needed, for the controls, for the headphone port, and for the charger/link port. This case can also act as a stand for your zune, if you want to have it at a 45 degree angle to watch your videos.
It's also very stylish, haha. Anyway, believe me, it's a good buy. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Case Tuesday, December 04, 2007 Terry DeVore from Bethel, Ohio
Couldn't be nicer, beautiful leather case. Soft, cushioned interior. Well made, nice stitching, all top-notch. Protects the zune so well - I would think you could drop it from desktop height and not damage the zune one bit. Looks and feels expensive. Bought a cheaper case and was disappointed. Buy this one, highly recommended. Was this review helpful?
1 of 5 No good Friday, November 30, 2007 freddyb2 from Fargo ND
I placed my Zune into this case and found that the right button on the Zune was inoperable until I unsnapped the button in the back of the Zune. The case has bumps that are supposed to operate the two buttons on the unit but when the back snap is connected, the button on the Zune is pushed in permanently making it impossible to use. If you undo the snap in the back, the unit works fine. I do not like the unit and I have replaced it with a leather case I just bought. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Decent Thursday, November 29, 2007 A Customer from Cola, SC
I gave it 4 stars. I have the brown 30gig Zune and this case goes real well with it. Only drawback is sometimes the buttons in the leather case is to stiff and it keeps the back and play/pause button depressed. I imagine this will work out once the leather is worked. Great protection. Already dropped it twice. No damage whatsoever. Another slightdraw back is that it is a trifold. Meaning to use the buttons you have to hold it open like a book and the cover/lid likes to fold back over what your trying to see. Again probably just the leather needing working out.
