3 of 5 Was not good with my AT&T Tilt Tuesday, December 16, 2008 KD from Fort Smith, AR
Poor documentation. The device did finally connect, but was slower that I expected. I may use it ocassionally, but will stick to moving files via the MicroSD card for speed when time is an issue. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Super Product Saturday, October 11, 2008 rb from Dallas, Texas
I bought this item to connect my cell phone with my PC thru (Motorola Phone Tools) so I wouldn't have to pay for $15 and $20 a day charges by some Motels for internet connection. I was deployed to work IKE when it hit Texas. I left the device in my BDU's and it went through the washing machine. I taped out the water borrowed a hair dryer for about 20 min. and it worked right away when I put in the PC. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 OS X and PC compatible Saturday, September 27, 2008 A Customer from Bay Area, CA
Despite being a little more expensive then the average bluetooth adapter, this is one of the few Vista Bluetooth dongles to work under OS_X. I added this to a g4 power mac running tiger and it worked by following a few quirky instructions for OS X install and has been reliable and dependable. I would buy this again, but for those who want to use it for OS-X, the install cd has instructions for mac install on it (pdf) but no drivers, as the drivers you need are on the Apple OS-X install disc. A bit of a pain, and the install pdf instructions are far more comprehensive than the printed ones that come in the box, but once installed works like a charm. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Works like a charm Saturday, August 09, 2008 ReplayHarry from California
I bought this so I could sync up my phone with my PC in order to transfer ringtones and save my contacts for backup. It works great. What else can I say! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 works good with the right knowledge Tuesday, July 22, 2008 ron from lununburg ma
as usual with most computer products, documentation was poor, web site offered little help, finally after a couple of hours determined that this would not work without service pack 3, downloaded sp3 and presto windows picked it up and it works great. Not sure why it wouldn't work w/o sp3 since it came with a set up cd, I use it on my Acer laptop to make phone calls on yahoo voice, I pared it with a samsung bluetooth headset and it works great. 5 of 5 Worked fine Monday, June 23, 2008 A Customer from Wisconsin Dells, WI
I was trying to sync a Razr V3a phone to MSOutlook on my PC (Motorola Phone Tools), but was unable to do this with USB. I bought a no-name bluetooth dongle, but the software never loaded right.
This one loaded easy, and worked with the Razr first try. I also easily up/download photos to that phone. I'm sure some of the other features work too, I just don't care...

5 of 5 Great Bluetooth USB Adapter Monday, June 23, 2008 eldorado05 from Sioux Center, IA
I've had this Bluetooth USB adapter for a few weeks and love it! The only problem I had was downloading a driver - but that was quick and easy! I can trasfer all I need and more with this little guy and the price it definitely right! Buy it! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Works like a charm Saturday, June 21, 2008 Ecky-Pting from Washington, DC
Relatively painless installation and straightforward configuration. Works with both my cell phone (Sanyo S1) and my wife's (MOTO RAZR V3m), as well as my Bluetooth headset (Motorola H700). Once paired with my headset, simply turning on the headset establishes the link automatically, and it's ready for internet telephony stuff like Skype...very nice! Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Decent functionality, but documentation is weak Wednesday, May 21, 2008 A Customer from Otis Orchards, WA
Installed without a hitch and appears to work as advertised. My only problem was that it requested a "security code" in order to associate with the headphones I was using, and no such code was included with the headphones. A web search turned up the fact that most times the code is one of a small number of default codes, such as 0000, 1111 or 1234. This should have been mentioned in the manual but I didn't see it anyplace. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Easy setup Wednesday, May 21, 2008 Gregd from Falmouth, MA
I've never used a bluetooth device with my computer before, but this was a snap to set up and connect with my LG Env. Photos and music transferred easily with the Bluetooth connection. You can't go wrong for $13.99. Great Value! Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Broadcom chipset is the best Thursday, May 15, 2008 James Anderson from Austin, TX
This dongle has blown away my previous 3 bluetooth adapters. The others required a certain 3rd party application (whose name means blue sun) which caused all sorts of problems (device incompatibility, vista incompatibility). But the driver for this dongle was a breeze to install after I downloaded it from Belkin's website, and it works with all my devices - mouse, keyboard, and headset. Another plus is the USB connector cap fits on the backside of the adapter (none of my previous adapters did that). Was this review helpful?
3 of 3 customers found this review helpful. 5 of 5 Very simple to use Saturday, March 15, 2008 tompresnyc from NY, NY
I was confused by Bluetooth USB adapters and what one could do with each model. I had bought a Motorola H500 & PC850 adapter to use with Skype and found that it was the only one that was advertised that wud work to gether. NOT TRUE. I lost the PC850 so took a chance and bought the Belkin F8T013-1 and was shocked at how easy it was to install, even tho had to download driver for Vista from website and was even more shocked when I found that it discovered my H700 Headset which i was told could never be used with Skype! Also discovered my iphone and Epson Printer & Linksys CIT200 Skype phone. I can talk with either my H500, H700, Linksys CIT200 phone thru Skype and transfer pics from iPhone to my computer and print from my wirelesss laptop. also. And all with such ease. I'm very pleased.
