I bought 2 digital picture frames. One did not work at all and the other worked fine. It was fairly easy to set up and the features are nice but I'm curious as to how long it will last. Th other I'm in the process of sending back... this is where buying at the store and returning it would be much easier. Was this review helpful?

Pay little more and get a better one...Does not recognize USB most of the time. Did not recognize MS Pro memory stick. Crashes after 10 minutes if you play MP3 songs... Was this review helpful?

Bought a frame last year. Found the clock function defect next day. Contacted buy.com, no solution. Contacted Axion support and was asked to ship the frame back on our own expense. OK, did as requested. Next week, got the frame back, powered up and the defect is still there. What a headache product and support! Buy it if you want to have the same experience as mine. I expected to be able to change the alarm to play one of the mp3s, but could not. As a matter of fact it would have been nice to even get it to work. I loaded jpegs and mp3s on a SD card and it said "Loading" forever and never worked. Disappointed... I thought this would have been a nice gift with the features it said it had. First it has easy to use functions that make my life easier. I put this on my desktop and it tells time and calendar. I use the slideshow mode to display my favorite pictures. It is a great piece comparing other DPFs in the market today. The screen is sharp and bright. The look is modern. In the end, I am 100% satisfied with it. I would recommend it to anyone. I bought this for a gift. I loaded the card up with the pictures and plugged it in, no picture. It blinks a couple of times and then goes dark. I was by a window and with the light shining on it, I could see there were options that I could brighten up the screen. It didn't help. I think the potential is great with the features for the price.
