You cannot up-load MP3 files to play music with you pictures and I contacted the manufacture and they were either unwilling to assist or unable to assist. Either way the product does not live up to it's advertisement of player & picture frame. The instructions supplied were incorrect. Only by trial & error was I able to up-load pictures. The product arrived with a small defect in the screen which was unpleasant, but could be overlooked.
Product works adequately and satisfactorily except that it seems to be incapable of playing photos in order. I put a large slide show (400+ pictures) on a memory card and the frame plays them back neither in filename order nor in disk placement order. It seems to be reading them in two unequal slices, alternating between the two. Likewise, of the 20 pictures allowed on internal memory, it does not play them in the order inserted and does not seem to provide any way to control play order.
I have no idea if this is typical of such photo frames, but it certainly limits the functionality of the device. Was this review helpful?
