Arrived in good condition and seems well constructed. Can't say for sure that the amplifier is working, but the signal strength at the receiver is the same as when the extension cable isn't there - so I guess it is. It might be nice if they included a strain relief (e.g. a way to tie a cord to the cable to pull it through holes during installation or keep tension on it when installed - without risking crimping the cable). It's not hard to make one, but should be trivial to include.
