I didn't notice that this phone doesn't have caller ID - if caller ID is important to you, do further research. As for the 2-line phone itself, WONDERFUL. Our phone company put our two lines in one phone jack so we only need one cord to plug in - you can do two if that's the way your two lines are set up. We bought two of these phones so it works IDEAL for a small company like ours with two offices. You can send fax while you're on the phone as well. Only fall back would be no caller ID. I have caller ID on my printer/fax so it works well.
