Asus X83VB-X1 Core 2 Duo T5800 2.0GHz 4GB 250GB DVD/RW DL 14.1'' Vista Home Premium w/Webcam (Refurbished) - X83VB-X1-R

I've had this laptop for awhile now and have found its pros and cons. PROS: It has a GeForce 9300m 512mb graphics card that makes its gaming ability awesome for a low end laptop. I have played Crysis Warhead on lowest graphics settings and have gotten 15+ fps. It does not jerk around or anything on that game. I have also played Battlefield 2 on highest graphics and have gotten 40+ fps! So all in all it is great for the casual gamer! Another thing I love about this laptop is it cool look. Some people on the internet say it looks bad but I beg to differ. It does show fingerprints on the front and on the keys and such though which can get annoying. It says the battery life is somewhere around 3hr but I have not tested it very much yet. CONS: The keys are loud and the mouse buttons are hard to push (I use a wireless keyboard and mouse so I don't mind.) The screen has horrible viewing angles. I cannot find bluetooth no matter how hard I look. It looks like it is on it but when I try to go in the computer to use it, it doesn't show up anywhere. There may have been like a higher end laptop using this same body that had the bluetooth or something because on the back there is a whole for "DTV/CATV" and I know that it doesn't have a tv tuner in it. Another thing I dislike about it is that it doesn't have any media shortcut buttons. It has volume up and down if you use the "Fn" key and the "F" keys though. FINAL THOUGHTS: I've had this laptop a few weeks now and bought it here on Buy.com for $500. I am very satisfied with its performance for the cost! I would recommend this laptop to ANYONE who is looking for an inexpensive portable laptop!
