The Astak EZ Reader Pocket Pro has a 5-inch screen and measures 6" L x 4.1" W x 0.4" D and weights 6 ounces. The screen is an E-Ink unit and has a resolution of 600 x 800 with 8-levels of gray. The device also has an external memory card slot with SD card support. The device also has a USB port and runs on a Li-Polymer 1000mAh battery. 4 of 5 Great for non-western languages 5/27/2010

I was looking for a reader with full support of Russian language, and finally got this one. It is an old model with limited features, compared to the more recent arrivals on the market. It is relatively heavy, ugly and not very sexy, but ... - it supports many languages, both for reading and in menus - supports most formats you'd even need - has MP3 player - has a replaceable cellphone battery - supports Adobe Digital Editions - includes decent leatherette cover However - it does not have search or annotation features - interface is primitive I did not check how does it display PDF, so cannot comment on that. Bottom line: Get it only if you are going to read in non-western languages. You probably will not find anything better for this price. For reading in English or Spanish you can find a much more advanced model.
