For anyone that loves an open world, beautiful landscape, and/or some great game dynamics, Assassin's Creed is for you.
If you get bored easily with repetitious play or a combat system that becomes pretty much useless once you learn the counter system, then Assassin's Creed may be only worth a weekend rental.
As whole, I found the game to be incredible breathtaking, even on a standard definition television. The visuals are great, the "high profile" and sneak kills never get old and it's a game that you can sit down, pick it up and put it down in 30 minutes (autosave is great) or play for hours. There is a big twist at the BEGINNING of the game that actually kept me playing throughout the game to see what happens, but I'm still hoping for some updates and revisions in future downloads or the next Assassin's Creed.
