The charger portion that connects to the iphone is very hard to get in and out and I am always afraid of breaking a piece off in the phone so I will not plug it into the phone directly but rather the docking connector from Apple and I generally don't unplug it from the wall. I did try using it on the computer but the phone would not charge or sync using this cable, I had to use my Apple cable and had no problems. Was this review helpful?

The cable charges the iPod Touch and connects it to the computer but it is difficult to disconnect it from the iPod Touch.
I have to force it loose on one side and then force it off the other side. The catches on the sides appear to be the cause of this. My OEM cable does not do this.
At $5 it's not worth the effort to return it, so I have filed down the catches to make it easier to disconnect.
