This Apex power supply was exactly the part I needed. Reviewing this is quite unnecessary as it is just a computer power supply but what is wonderful about this transaction is the speed of Buy.com's turnaround and shipping. Great stuff and will buy again from Buy.com!

I don't know how many hours a power supply should last but mine sparked out and started smoking at about 5 years. My $700 PVR [Panasonic] power supply didn't even last that long and they stopped making replacement parts for that model. So I'm happy to be able to buy a original replacement part instead of replacing the whole computer. $25 bucks delivered to the house you can't beat!

the plug on it is a little different than the atx al300atxrevb (the one that i replaced). the revision b connection to the motherboard is not as long as this one, but i broke away the connection piece that connects to the motherboard (it is separated by a green colored plastic piece, and so far so good. only time will tell, but it did boot to the operating system, and the fans and other components are working.
