    A Customer from San Diego, CA  
    I was hesitant about the whole hot-swap thing, so I shut down most of the connected equipment. But sure enough, it was a piece of cake - just pop down the front panel, remove the old battery and insert the new battery. Not a glitch for anything connected. I never felt like I might get zapped or otherwise shocked. Very solid. Easy. Phew!
