    I haven't received my most recent order yet as I just placed it last week; however, I can already say that APC 550VA power supplies are rock solid and are the best .. better than TripLite, CyberPower, etc. These babies will work for 5+ years under strenuous office loads. If you want a UPS which will simply last without any problems whatsoever, then look no further.

    Besides the prompt delivery, the price is right at Buy.com. Also,I had a chance to speak to the TECH support staff during installation of the APC battery Backup unit. He was not just nice and helpful but also offered his email address for follow up, if further question needed. Very impressive.
