First of all, I think that cell-phone manufacturers offering Bluetooth-only connectivity for car-speaker applications is a step back. Having a physical connection (where you plug a connector into your phone) to the speaker AND the car lighter (for recharging) is MUCH more useable (one motion - click - and you are connected AND recharging).
However, if you have a cell phone that only supports Bluetooth connectivity for car speakers, then the ANYCOM Bluetooth Car Kit HCC-210 is a great choice.
It is well designed, with rechargable batteries and a recharger, as well as a car-lighter connector (for the device, not the phone). Also, there are two buttons well placed and labeled, with rather straightforward mappings to functionality (call, hang-up, power-on, power-off). Great instructions on how to connect your phone (I have a Sony Ericsson Z520).
Prior to this I had tried a Motorolla HF820 - which was terrible in terms of usability. Functions were arbitrarily assigned to the existing buttons. Trying out the ANYCOM Bluetooth Car Kit HCC-210 was a breath of fresh air. It was less expensive and so much better in terms of usability. The only thing I would replace it for would be a old-fashioned non-Bluetooth direct-connection speaker and charger. If you have Bluetooth-only connectivity, then you should definitely give this product a try. Was this review helpful?

At first I was leary about this bluetooth speakerphone. However, after making the proper adjustments with my phone (a Motorola E815) it works very well. I have it set up so when I enter my car, it automatically connects with my cell phone. Any incoming call is easily answered and I look forward to calls now without being distracted. No need to pick up the phone itself. Only if you dial out do I use the phone and once connected I put the phone down and talk to the unit. Apparently, I can use the voice dial feature but I have not gotten that far yet. I recommend this car kit. It is out of stock now and I think I know why -it's a very good buy. And Buy.com has a really great price, too. (BTW, I have no relation with buy.com -other than being a paying customer). The sound is very good and the people I talk to say I sound great. I intend to buy 2 more for some family members -for their safety factor alone. Was this review helpful?
