I'm very satisfied with this enclosure. I've had a different enclosure before but noise is always a problem. This one is very quite and has a stylish design. No complain at all! Very easy to install, you just have to plug in your SATA hard drive to the IC (chips) in the enclosure, screw in/secure the hard drive to the enclosure, and you are good to go.
If you are looking for a decent enclosure (SATA), this is the one to go.....not sure about price, i've seen cheaper one but i'm sure there is always something that we won't like with a cheaper product. Was this review helpful?

This product, should either be working or not, to my understanding. Since it's working, and set up was easy, I will give it a 5.
Antec known to be a good computer tower cases company, so, this one should be an easy one for them.

If you have a SATA interface hard drive lying around, this is a very inexpensive way to get some extra storage. It is easy to assemble (although the instructions were a bit brief), and works as it should. The unit doesn't take up much desk space, and the hard drive stays reasonably cool. Rated 4.5. Product looks nice and works well. It's easy to install a drive. The power switch is mounted upside down: when the drive is on-end, the "on" setting is down (?!?). The HD activity light is not a separate light, but instead flashes the main power-on light. Under heavy activity, it doesn't really flash, so it's not very obvious. It would better to have a green/red LED. But these are very minor quips for a decent-looking product at a good price. Note that the outer case is plastic and no fan is included, which is to be expected at this price point. I would purchase this product again if needed. Was this review helpful?

This is a nice drive enclosure. Installation was very easy, with the drive plugging directly into the pc board. Makes the assembly go very quickly.
Drive was up and running without a hitch.
I don't leave this on all the time, but seems to do well with large file transfers. Was this review helpful?
