Well, what can i say? I was not expecting much from a 70$ sound system but the fact that it does not have a dvd player or any add on like that kind of put my hopes up. When i got these all hooked up they rival the sound produced from our bose system (we have the lifestyle 28 but the accoustics in that room are terrible). You will need to buy a splitter for the one wire if you plan on hooking up your tv +a mp3 player or whatever, but that isnt hard. The surround cables are a tad short but no biggie. The sub is amazing. The only problem with performance is that you cant plug into the rca jacks and get surround sound, but maybe im doing something wrong. BUY THESE SPEAKERS, YOU WONT BE MAD YOU DID. I just bought these speakers and they sound great..But when I turn the volume above 80%, the speakers give out bad interrupted sound.They have a nice control module that has controls of surround, center and sub and ofcourse Volume!
They do give out big sound but are not loud enough to fill my room of 12X20.The best thing about the speakers is that you can use them even without a 5.1 sound card.The control module has a 2/4 or 6 mode in which you can plug your stereo outputs or 4 channel outputs to receive a simulated surround sound or in 6 mode for true surround sound.
Overall good speakers for the price.I'd recommend these ones... Was this review helpful?
