I bought this for my wife on her bday. It sounds really good and loud for its size. With a width of just 1.70", I wasn't expecting pounding bass. We have been looking for something to take camping and boating at the lake. I think we have found it. Plug your ipod in, push the power button, and turn the ipod on. That' it. Very easy to use. This unit also charges your ipod. It has a built in rechargeable battery that will run for about 4 hours on a full charge. You can also use the AC adapter provided. Comes with a remote which is handy. Radio also works really well. I would recommend this product to others. Was this review helpful?

This was a gift for my husband. He is happy with the quality of this product. Thinks the sound is good. Looked at other brands but likes this one best for the price range. Only thing that could be better is if the ipod was secured into place. Was this review helpful?

The sound is very good for the price. It folds flat and is easy to travel with. The battery lasts a few hours and charges quickly. The FM reception is excellent. This is a great gift for anyone with an iPod. Was this review helpful?

The iM600 we purchased is great for using around the house, pool, and even better yet - when we take our RV out on road trips. The sound produced by the im600 is disappointing. The base is almost non-existent, even with the SFX enabled. There are no bass/treble controls, other than the SFX on or off. According to literature that comes with it, A/L sell a sub-woofer that is compatible, but the subwoofer is no longer mentioned on their web site. Was this review helpful?

Great idea, styling & features but the iM600 just didn't sound all that great. Bass was very weak and general fidelity was wimpy as well. I returned the product & purchased a JBL Radial which was fantastic by comparison for about $50 more. Was this review helpful?
