I searched for a while looking for a set of speakers that were easy to use and of great quality. The FX2020 fits this description perfectly. They have great sound for a 2-piece set, and are good for all types of music. I mostly listen at low volume, but they can pack a punch when needed. A little bass heavy, but I only notice this when listening to news, etc.

I must say that I bought these when they were $29.99 with free shipping. At that price, they were an absolute steal. Beware, these aren't going to knock your socks off with deep base or audiophile clarity, but they have plenty of power to get the job done at a typical desktop workstation. The build quality is quite good, but I wish the plexiglas front piece was a bit smaller. I like the fact that they are relatively compact and square from the front--something I needed to fit the space. We're pleased.
