this is a good sounding bluetooth, the only promblem
I have is I lost the earbud,comes off accidently alot.
order a new one, same day I received it the ear loop broke.
now I have to buy it. Its a little heavier than other ones.

Beware buy.com is selling them as "New" but they are actually used products, without even cleaning them properly. I was totally disappointed by the dirt sticking on the earbuds and scratches on the exterior ..!! Better spend your money on a new set especially when these sets carry the dirt from the ears of God knows how many people. Was this review helpful?

So with all the hype and this Buy.com great price I thought I would finally give the Jawbone a try. Wow, what a tremendous dissappointment! The sound quality is absolutely horrible. It has a "tinty", high pitch to it, with very little reproduction in low frequencies. If you want a try a great bluetooth headset with great audio and transmitt quality nothing beats the Plantronics 510 - fortunately this is my other headset!
Buy.com also only shipped the Jawbone with one ear "ring", and one ear insert... have no idea why they would do this, when the directions list it coming with two different sizes, and multiple ear inserts. Was this review helpful?

My husband and I already purchased Jawbones (this model), but he lost his and ended up buying the newer version (which didn't fit his face as well). My Jawbone broke, although I could still use it but had to use tweezers to get the thing out of the charger. I can see that they've improved the design with the new model, but liked the old one. This is a great price for a great product, but I can see the same piece breaking off in the future. So we'll both eventually end up with the newer model. Was this review helpful?

I have tried so many different Bluetooth headsets for my iPhone but they all have inferior sound quality specially for the person at the other end of the conversation.
This is the best bluetooth headset for my iPhone so far.

The Jawbone I is a solid performer. On the plus side, controls are easy and accurate. In the past with Samsung devices the call button was too sensitive, dialing unwanted calls while in my pocket. Jawbone I is solid, the battery lasts a good solid week of use before charging. Calls are clear, voices are somewhat void of bass or richness. The unit does seem to communicate regularly with my phone, particularly if they are close together. My phone shows it connecting and disconnecting every few minutes. I reverted to the Jabra Ear Jells replacing the factory ear piece. I also removed the earloop now that it is more secure in my ear. Was this review helpful?

The fit of this earpiece is superior to most others out there. I was dissapointed that Buy.com did not furnish the additional ear loops and buds to customize the fit but Jawbone.com was great to work with and the parts were CHEAP!
The volume on this could be a bit louder or having the curved earbuds angle changed to redirect the sound to make for improved listening when driving on noisy highways. The Bluetooth connection has more static than my Motorola one did.

As advertised, there is only one earpiece shipped with the Jawbone. That is nice but not everyone has same size ear. Sadly, the earpiece that wraps around the ear does not fit me well. Had it come with the ear pieces that actually fit right. The headset piece works great but it doesn't sit on my ear right. I guess if you already had one and it broke (and you had all the pieces) it would have been a great bargain. However, I still prefer it over my plantronics that hurts my ear after a 3 hour drive. This Jawbone headset was much easier to link to, than other units from Platronixx, and Motorola. The price was really good comparativly to retail, which confirmed the buy. The unit sounds crystal clear, and reduces background noise better than some others. The only drawback is that you can tund the unit on, and off and connect by the single button on the bluetooth. You cannot make or end a call by the unit, you have to use your phone in hand for that. The ringer for it is much easier on your ears than others, and that is a plus. I rate this unit as a 4 out of 5.

I got this last year for my company phone and the performance of the unit is great! The background noise is very effectively cancelled and when I'm in teleconferences, nobody realizes that I'm not in the office. The downside is that the ear loops are extremely fragile and don't last very long. The manufacturer DOES NOT sell you any more ear loops, you have to provide proof of purchase to get replacement parts. When they are new, the ear loops are very comfortable, but once they break down (that happens very quickly -- a few weeks and they're dead), it isn't as comfortable. I have to give the manufacturer very low marks for their support on the product for this. I would gladly pay to get a stack of ear loops for this product and would be extremely pleased with the product if they would let me do that. Was this review helpful?
