We're using this item to transmit data from a video surveilance DVR to a LCD TV. The DVR connects to the hardwired cameras and records in the back room, while the signal is transmitted to the lobby to display the surveilance. Using the input switcher on the LCD TV, we can view the cameras or TV at the press of a button. This unit successfully and reliably transmits about 150' inside an office (lights, multiple computers, phones, etc). Any further than that and it was quasi-intermittent, but we were covered very well (through walls and definately not line of site). I highly recommend this unit. Was this review helpful?

Very simple to hook up and use. I hooked it to my Direct TV satellite box and to a TV on the otherside of the house. Excellent picture and sound. Only interference I got with the picture was when my home wireless phone is connected. Once I unplug the phone, interference is gone.
