This book is great. It helps you see parenting your teen in a completely new light (That of a Christian ministry). He is very descriptive and knows what he is talking about. The only thing I didn't agree with was his treatment in the ways a very conservative parent would raise their child as opposed to a very lenient parent would. He just seems to be a little thin in his support for his argument against being too lenient (Ch 9). Other than that this book is excellent, and I would recommend it to every Christian parent... or even every parent (If you are curious about what the Bible says about things) I would only suggest one thing though. Make sure you are getting what you are getting. Get confirmation before you purchase. I bought 12 hardbacks and received 12 paperbacks instead.
