5 of 5 An air bed that is well worth the money 8/31/2010

The bed was very easy to inflate. The one-way valve worked very well. I was skeptical on how quickly the battery-powered pump would inflate the bed but it did it very quickly. I did have to add air the first few mornings, but I don't think I tightened the valve cover all the way the nights before. Once I made an extra effort to secure the cover, the mattress seemed to hold air just fine. A good choice to have as an extra mattress.

I work in the Transportation industry and last winter sucked in that I got stuck working the overnight shift and couldn't get away from the Office on multiple occasions. I ended up sleeping at my desk chair, on the floor, where ever I could find a spot and fall asleep. Not this year, I'll have this baby tucked away in the corner of my desk where I can break it out when needed. The mattress fits neatly in the back pack, and the pump does its job as advertised. Now the only remaining question is "how long will this item last?" And as long as it makes it through the winter, I'm OK with that!

This bed is a fantastic item to have when guests stay overnight. It, along with the included battery operated pump, packs neatly away in its backpack when not in use (that is, if you can keep the backpack out of the family members' hands. It is good looking.)
Pumping up the bed, and deflating it at the end of the stay, is quick and easy. The claimed 60 second fill time is really true. Just connect the pump to the bed, turn it on and a minute later you have a fully inflated bed.
A great, compact, well constructed product.
