5 of 5 Great price great product! Friday, November 30, 2007 John from Scranton, PA
Excellent tuner. for the price, bought a different one last year(not for MCE) for 10 bucks less and worked like crap...Picture is a little grainy but could be my cable.. split after split.

5 of 5 Works Better Than Expected Friday, November 30, 2007 Going Tuner MAD! from Port Ewen, NY
I was confused after opening box. The card seemed to be very light compared to my Haup....pvr150. The ADS does not have the large tuner components, just a silicon chip. This card does not have as crisp a picture with my analog cable(compared to pvr150), however it is more than acceptable. The sound is good and in sync. The install went without a hitch in MCE2005. I can't comment on the remote since I have an RF Gyro remote. The remote receiver plugs into USB which is better than plugging into the card, allows for wake up from standby via USB. The value is exceptional! Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Average Value Thursday, November 29, 2007 A Customer from Tulsa OK
I bought this for use with WinXp. i had initial difficulty in setting it up to work with some of the free TV viewing softwares available. But after enough time - i was able to get it to work.
The picture is grainy only on some channels - so i think it might have to do with the signal. The remote is a useful feature- but the button placement makes it difficult to use. To setup the remote you do need to download some extra drivers - all pull a few tricks there as well.
Overall - The product does what it says - but to make it work with WinXp you do have to spend a couple of hours. Was this review helpful?
1 of 5 POOR AND DISSAPOINTING PERFORMANCE Wednesday, November 28, 2007 A Customer from Boca Raton, FL
I bought this card from Buy.com and it had been a big dissapointment. The picture is grainy and it can't capture the "middle band" of my cable channels. So basically I'm missing about 10 channenels between 60 to 70. The tech support was extremely poor (no help at all). On my case, I was told that this card was a cheapo card so I got what I had paid for. Since then I have bought Hauppauge capture card and it's more superior product. Don't waste your $$$ on this, buy the right product. Was this review helpful?
