3 of 5 Works fine, but with a caveat Friday, February 27, 2009 A Customer from Irvine, CA
This is one of a very few such devices of its kind in this price range that works for Macintosh. However, one gets the impression that the Mac software is just a quick port of something not originally written for Mac OS. Installation of the software was not problematic, and it works, but... On my flat-panel iMac, I have to remove and re-plug the device each time the Mac starts up or awakes from sleep in order for the computer to see the device, and I have to re-enter the WPA password each time (haven't found a way around this yet). That's annoying, and it's fairly slow establishing the connection with the wireless router. Once it's connected, though, it seems to work fine, and has a decent range. Was this review helpful?

This product did not have complete / thorough instructions about putting it on a Mac. I spent days trying to figure out what was wrong and finally called the company and also had to email their tech team. Finally, my dsl server helped me get it working!! I think a product designed specifically for Mac would be better. Was this review helpful?

I am not sure if it is the product or the mac we are using, but we have had to reinstall the software quite a few times. Otherwise product is fine. Was this review helpful?

I installed this USB adapter in my MAC laptop and doubled the wireless range. I couldn't be happier. Was this review helpful?
