I got this speakerphone when they had it for free after rebate. When I used it I was utterly dissapointed. I used it with Skype and the person on the other end didn't hear me unless I held this close to my mouth eventhough I had the mic. volume maxed out. The speaker quality is very bad, sounds very tinny and not loud enough at all, again at max volume. The USB cable is very short, so if it is connected to a desktop it might not be long enough to reach the table. Buy something else, don't waste your money on this! Was this review helpful?

Pros : It is easy to use, just plug & play.
Cons : The sound crackles when turned to full volume. you can hear people clearly but on the other side they are not able to hear you that clear. You have to really stick close to the mic and talk.

I had my initial doubts on how this piece of small box would function effectively in replacing my headset and to my surprise this has bowled me over. I just leave it plugged it to my computer and talk moving freely in the room. voice is clear and microphone works great. Been a great deal as I paid only tax and shipping. MIR was prompt.
Cons: It absorbs other disturbing noise (when heavy) from the surrounding. Was this review helpful?

The description is misleading – you need to have skype installed on a computer – the gizmo just an external mic and speaker – so you cannot use it on any PC :-( Was this review helpful?
